Assalamualaikum and hello everyone,

Firstly, I hope with the events and gatherings we've had over the last few days this week such as ice-breaking session (Tuesday), Hari Raya open house (Wednesday), Tahlil (Thursday) and Dzikir session last night, have been giving you a good time for most, if not all, of you. It's great to see you all by the way.

Our next agenda is a trip to IKEA tomorrow. If you have never been to an IKEA store, this would be a great chance for you to join us tomorrow because we didn't do this trip last year and we won't be organising another trip until a year from now.

If you want to know what IKEA has in store for you, go check out their website first, http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/. Have a good look around, I'm sure there's something you might want to get. Of course, you can always buy things online and get them delivered through that site, but the items there are quite limited and frequently out of stock. In the store, there are more things they could offer than online. I can guarantee that you won't be going back empty-handed!

I've never been to IKEA store in Nottingham, but I have been to the one in Leeds and it's amazingly huge, like a warehouse. I expect the same as this one we're going to.

F.A.Qs:

How far is IKEA from here? It's roughly about 1 hour from Dunkirk (30 mins from City Centre).

Do I need to bring luggages, big bags? We are planning to do a bulk home delivery after we check out from the store, but if you want to bring some things back with you, IKEA will provide their own humongous blue plastic bag anyway. If you bring backpacks, luggages, etc. most probably you will have to leave those at the security point, and get them back after you finish shopping.

How do we have lunch? Last time I went, there were some restaurants available inside the IKEA store (probably outside the building too). It is advisable, however, to eat something and have breakfast before we head off.

Any more questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail us, ok?

To those who is interested, please meet up at Lace Street Bus Stop at 10.30am tomorrow for those who live in Dunkirk. Otherwise, we could meet up at Cathedral Bus Stop Y1 (map) by 11.15am in the city.
